Healing Chai Mixture image

My friend gave me this recipe to help heal and protect the body, and it's amazing! All the ingredients help a different part of the body function better. Plus it tastes great!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients into either milk, tea (my personal favorite), or any other beverage.
  • Heat until it comes to a boil and pour the beverage into a mug.
  • Add honey or sugar into your drink if desired.
  • Enjoy!
