Hawaiian Pound Cake Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 13

Cake:
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
Add 2 Cups Flour
5 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Topping
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
1/2 Stick Butter
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

Steps:

  • Cream together Butter, Sugar, Flour, Eggs, Vanilla, Coconut, and Pecans. Spray Bundt pan wiht Baker's Joy. Bake 1 hour for 325ยบ. Topping Mix sugar and water, boil 3 minutes, add butter and almond extract. Pour over hot cake while still in the pan.
