HASH BROWN CASSEROLE image

My copy-cat recipe from one of my favorite breakfast places.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 c frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 c sour cream, lite
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, or jack cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • 2. in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.
  • 3. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add hash browns, and combine well.
  • 4. Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
