Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Prepare a 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- 2. in a larger bowl, mix sour cream and cheese together.
- 3. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Add hash browns, and combine well.
- 4. Spread mixture in prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and browned on top. Garnish with sliced green onion if desired.
