1 Tablespoon coconut oil
8 ounces semisweet or other favorite chocolate

Steps:

  • Melt coconut oil in a double boiler or medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Add chopped chocolate pieces and stir until melted. Cool a bit before spooning over ice cream or frozen yogurt or other favorite frozen treat.
