Ham, Swiss & Asparagus Bake image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 cups hot water
1 (6-ounce) package chicken-flavored stuffing mix
3 cups cooked ham, cubed
18 asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Combine water and stuffing mix in a medium bowl; stir just until moistened. Let stand for 5 minutes. Mix ham, asparagus, soup and milk in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top. Tip: For buffets or dinner parties, save time by rolling up flatware in colorful napkins and stacking in a flat basket. Even kids can help with this well in advance of the party...one less last-minute task!
