Ham Roll-Ups image

I received this recipe from a co-worker many years ago and it is a big hit with my family.

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp onion, grated
1 tsp horseradish
dash(es) worcestershire sauce
8 oz pkg. sliced, cooked ham
1 jar(s) dill pickle spears

Steps:

  • 1. Blend softened cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until spreading consistency.
  • 2. Lay out slices of ham, individually and spread with cream cheese mixture.
  • 3. Place dill pickle spear, width wise, across the ham slice and roll up.
  • 4. Chill rolled up ham. Slice into 1-inch pieces and secure with a toothpick. **You can also use cheese sticks in place of the pickle spears for a change.
