This recipe was in a Betty Crocker Boys and Girls cookbook my mother gave me when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I love Spam and this is one of my favorite ways to make it.

Time 25m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 12 oz can(s) spam
mustard
pineapple slices
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Cutting a little more than halfway through, divide Spam into 8 sections. Place in a small baking dish. Starting with the first cut, spread 1/2 tsp. mustard in every other cut. In the same cuts place 1/2 of a pineapple slice. Sprinkle brown sugar over loaf and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. To serve, slice through loaf at every other cut so that the pineapple is in the middle of each serving. I like mine served with mashed potatoes and green beans with cheese.
