HAM & EGG PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 lb ham (boil and save the juice)
1 3/4-2 c. ham juice
4 hard boiled eggs
Topping:
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 c milk
2 tsp baking powder
pepper and salt

Steps:

  • Put ham in the bottom of the dish. Arrange egg slice on top of ham and pour on 2 c of juice mix topping ingredients. pour on top of ham and eggs Bake at 425 until done
