Number Of Ingredients 9

Sauce:
2 or 3 lbs. meat from Fareway
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Can Tomato Soup, no water
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine ham loaf, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Shape into balls and place into a baking dish. Then stir together tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard and pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn balls every 1/2 hour. Sauce thickens as it cooks.
