HAM AND SWISS QUICHE image

1 1/2 cups cooked chopped ham
2 cups swiss cheese
small basket mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 eggs
1 teaspoon djon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon Parmesian cheese
9 inch pie shell

Steps:

  • Fry onions and mushrooms in butter. Beat eggs, mustard and salt. Mix all ingredients together except for Parmesian cheese. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle Parmesian sheese over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
