HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE image

THIS IS A HEARTY DISH THAT I LOVE TO MAKE, THEIR IS NEVER ANY LEFT!

1 1/2 c ham (cut into bite sized cubes) cooked
3 c potatoes, diced, cooked
2 Tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
1 small onions, small white
2 c milk
4 Tbsp margarine
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp flour
pam nonstick spray
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded mild

Steps:

  • 1. GREASE PAN WITH PAM OR MARGARINE.LAYER HAM AND POTATOES IN A SHALLOW 1-1/2 QUART BAKING DISH.
  • 2. MELT MARGERINE IN SAUCEPAN ADD ONION COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.BLEND IN FLOUR AND MILK GRADUALLY STIRRING UNTIL THINK, SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.
  • 3. POUR OVER HAM AND POTATOES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS. DOT WITH REMAINING MARGARINE BAKE AT 400* FOR 20 MIN.
