A Southern CA Pub is known for the best their chili by their patrons, so I asked and shock, shock, I was given their secret! Beer! So I added beer to my chili recipe and it turned out GREAT!

Steps:
- 1. Brown the meat and onions and garlic in a large skillet.
- 2. Add beef broth, seasonings, tomatoes, El Pato and tomato paste.
- 3. Simmer 30 minutes.
- 4. Add can Guinness, Pinto beans, and simmer another 30 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with: 1 pint Sour Cream 1 bunch Green Onion (chopped) 8 oz package Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
