FOR BURGER PATTIES
•1.5 lb. Premium ground beef
(with at least 20% fat)
•2 tsp. Ground cumin
•2 tsp. Ground smoked paprika
•1 tsp. Ground coriander
•1 tsp. Fresh cracked black pepper
•Sea salt to taste
FOR BURGER CONDIMENTS
•8 strips Bacon
•1/2 cup Sour Cream
•1 Tomato
•1/2 Onion
•1/2 bunch Cilantro
•1 Lime
•1 Chipotle
•4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
•1 Avocado
•4 Brioche buns

Steps:

  • Prepare Burger Condiments First •Bacon - Put 8 slices of bacon in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until crisp •Sour Cream - Add finely chopped chipotle pepper to 4 ounces of sour cream and mix. •Pico De Gallo - Dice one tomato, half medium onion, half bunch of cilantro, add the juice of one lime and season with salt and pepper •Slice Monterey Jack Cheese •Avocado - Sliced or Mashed and tossed with lime juice salt and pepper •Brioche buns - Grilled For burger patties add all ingredients except salt into work bowl and mix. Divide into four equal patties and season both sides with salt and grill. Build It •Bottom bun •Avocado •Burger •Cheese •Bacon •Pico de Gallo •Sour cream •Top bun Options •Add Serrano/Jalapeno pepper to Pico de Gallo •Switch Cheese to Pepper Jack •Use Peppered Bacon •Butter buns before toasting Tip: Dont use lean ground beef and don't press down on the burger when grilling! (This results in a dry burger)
