-12 ripe avocados (they used Haas)
1 T lemon juice
1 C diced onions
1 1/4 C diced tomatoes
1 t onion powder
1 T salt
1/2 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
1/4 C jalapeno peppers
1 C sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Pit, scoop and mash avocados. 2. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
