Steps:
- Cook brown rice as package instructs (try cooking with fresh chicken or vegetable broth for a bit more flavour). In a large fry pan, heat coconut oil over med-high. Fry onions and garlic for a few min until they start to soften. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add other veggies and salt & pepper. Stir fry until slightly soft (2-3 min). Mix in the Bragg's (and stevia if you want it sweetened). Cook for another couple minutes. Add almonds, mix well and serve.
