GROUND BEEF CABBAGE ROLLS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb. ground beef
1 large head cabbage
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 C. rice, cooked
1 C. milk
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 C. hot water

Steps:

  • Dip cabbage leaves in hot water Rinse well, drain and dry on paper towels. Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice and milk and mix well. Place one T. of meat mixture onto each leaf. Roll cabbage leaf around meat and fasten with a toothpick. Place in glass baking pan 9 x 12" and add 1/2 C. hot water. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours.
