Steps:
- Mis 1 T butter, 1 tsp rosemary, chopped chives and grated lemon peel in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper (can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Combine lemon juice, oil and remaining 1 tsp rosemary in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle tuna on both sides with salt and pepper. Add to marinade, turning to coat. Let stand 15 minutes, turning twice. Remove tuna from marinade; grill or broil tuna until just cooked throug, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate. top with rosemary butter.
