Steps:
- Combine marinade ingredients in large resealable bag. add fish. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 15 min to 1 hour, turning occasionally. Combine Salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. cover and refrigerate. Preheat pan medium/high. Grill fish 5 to 7 minutes per side or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Place fish on plate and top with salsa. Roasted Garlic couscous goes well with this preparation.
