GRILLED STEAK WITH FRESH GARDEN HERBS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup minced shallots (about 2)
3 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 TBS red wine vinegar
1 TSP Dijon mustard
1/4 cup EVOO
3/4 cup assortged chopped fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, mint, basil, cilantro or others)

Steps:

  • Whisk the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Gradually wish in 1/4 c of the EVOO, followed by the herbs. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Brush lightly with EVOO. Grill until done. Transfer to platter, rest for 5 mins, and spoon herb mixture over the steaks. Serve.
