Grilled Salmon image

I do salmon several ways and this makes such a nice crust on the outside. I use a stove top grill, but any grill would work just fine. i spray the grill with spray before I heat it up.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb salmon, cut into serving sized pieces
1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c white wine
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 large sprig fresh rosemary, cut in a few pieces
1 Tbsp minced garlic from a jar
1/2 large onion, cut into thick rings

Steps:

  • 1. Put the salmon into a zip lock bag and put all ingredients into the bag. Rotate a few times and refrigerate to let marinate at least 1 hour.
  • 2. Oil the outside grill grates, or if using a stove top grill, spray with pam. Heat grill to med high.
  • 3. Grill the salmon on both sides, being sure to rotate the salmon 1/4 turn on each side to get nice hash marks on it.
