*GRILLED ROSEMARY LAMB CHOPS image

¾ c. balsamic vinegar
6 T. olive oil
3 T. lemon juice
3 T. minced fresh rosemary
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. black pepper
12 1-in. thick loin lamb chops

Steps:

  • Mix first six ingredients in bowl. Place lamb chops in single layer in baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, turning occasionally. Prepare barbecue. Season lamb with salt and pepper and place on grill. Grill for approximately 4 minutes per side for medium rare, basting often with marinade.
