Steps:
- Marinade: mash the garlic to a paste along with the salt. add cayenne, paprika, red pepper flakes, and black pepper and mix well. stir in lemon juice and slowly whisk in the oil. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Skewer the shrimp. Grill three to six minutes. Do not overcook. Shrimp are done when they are curled and firm.
