Steps:
- 1. Combine all spices in a small bowl,and stir to mix. Then rub oil on both sides of the pork chops, and coat evenly with the spice mixture. Place in a large zip lock bag, and allow to marinate in fridge for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
- 2. Remove pork chops from fridge, and allow to come to room temperature. Brush & Preheat griddle with oil or non stick cooking spray till hot but not smoking. Then carefully place pork chops on grill or grill skillet and allow to cook about 5 or 6 minutes per side. Rotate one quarter turn about half way through cooking each side to create grill marks if desired.
- 3. After pork chops have reached an internal temperature of about 155 degrees with thermometer, remove to platter and cover with foil and allow to sit for 8 to 10 minutes to redistribute juices. Serve with your favorite side items.
