Steps:
- 1. Combine Jack Daniels, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and ginger in a saucepan and bring to boil 2. Lower heat, stir often until reduces by half. Maybe 15 minutes 3. Charcoal grill over coals after repeated oiling grate for 3 to 5 minutes skin side down. Flip for another 2 to 4 minutes. 4. Use sauce on the side if grilling on high heat. If using low heat, you can brush on salmon.
