Grilled Ham Steak With Apricot Glaze image

Another simple dish from the American Diabetes Association.

1/4 c no-sugar-added apricot jam
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 lb boneless lean ham, cut into 6 1/2-inch slices

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, mix together the jam, mustard, and vinegar.
  • 2. Broil or grill the ham slices, brushing with the basting sauce and turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes.
