Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chimichurri Butter | Creme De La Crumb image

The BEST sweet, fresh corn on the cob grilled to juicy perfection and slathered in herb-y, garlic-y, quick and easy 5-minute chimichurri butter sauce.

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 corn on the cob
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
2 tablespoons chimichurri sauce ((see note))

Steps:

  • Stir together butter and chimichurri sauce. Set aside.
  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Rub corn all over with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly to prevent burning and cook evenly throughout.
  • Serve corn with a generous slather of chimichurri butter. Enjoy!
