Number Of Ingredients 9

1 medium boneless chicken breast (frozen or fresh) grilled and well chopped in food processor
2 Tbsp ranch dressing with bacon (if desired)
1/2 small onion (chopped small)
1/2 small tomato (diced)
1 scoop(s) Mexican blend shredded cheese
2 dash(es) Creole seasoning
1 1/2 dash(es) salt and pepper
1 medium burrito shell or soft taco shell
* may add any other vegetable you like

Steps:

  • 1. This recipe is for a single size pizza, if you want larger pizzas, add more of each.
  • 2. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Lay out shell or pizza dough on flat surface, put ranch dressing on shell as the sauce.
  • 3. Add chopped chicken, onion, tomato, salt and pepper, Creole seasoning, and cheese.
  • 4. Place in 450-degree oven for 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
