Grilled Chicken Kabobs image

I love cooking with my honey & we just had the best time putting these together! The depth of flavor was unexpected & delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 sweet red pepper
1/2 sweet green pepper
8 whole fresh mushrooms
1 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash
6 medium cherry tomatoes
roasted red pepper italian with parmesan salad dressing
blackened seasoning
garlic salt

Steps:

  • 1. Wash veggies. Cut peppers into 1 inch pieces, & zucchini & squash into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • 2. Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch cubes.
  • 3. Skewer veggies & meat, alternating to taste. Place in shallow baking pan.
  • 4. Drizzle roasted red pepper italian with parmesan dressing over prepared skewers. Sprinkle with blackened seasoning & garlic salt.
  • 5. Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
  • 6. Grill over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
