I'm trying to find a recipe from a 1987 Summer issue of B.A. (might have been Gourmet, but I don't think so), and am wondering if anyone has it. All I need are the ingredients/quantities. It was grilled chicken breasts, stuffed under the skin with a combo of jack cheese, cilantro, sun dried tomatoes and egg. The recipe includes a dressing mades with orange juice and orange rind, vinegar, egg, and ? The vegetables that are grilled with lemon pepper include tomatoes, green onions, squash and peppers.
This was a "how to" type of recipe with a photographs of the chef, ingredients, etc.
If anyone has it and is interested in sharing, I think it so terrific and should be part of Epicurious's posted recipes. I've written twice asking for the above and have not heard a work back.
