Steps:
- Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over low heat. Add all onions, bell pepper, chiles, garlic and thyme. Cover and cook until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally about 10 mins. Mix in catsup, tomatoes and pepper. Cover partially and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, 5 mins. Cover and chill. Will keep in fridge for two weeks.
