1/4 c veg. oil
2 T vinegar
2 T. sugar
1 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t salt
dash pepper and tobasco
lettuce or romaine (I like chopped romaine with a little red leaf)
2 green onions sliced
11 oz mandarin oranges
