Steps:
- Chop onion, green pepper, celery, mushrooms and garlic. Mix together with olive oil, salt and Italian seasoning in a large sauce pan. Brown meats in separate skillet. Add to sauce pan cans of tomato, salt and black and green olives. Bring to a boil then add meat. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Add sugar and can of pineapple tidbits with some of the juice. simmer for another hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over favorite pasta!
