GREEN FARFALLE WITH GORGONZOLA SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 minced shallots
1/2 c chicken stock
1/2 lb diced gorgonzola
3/4 c heavy cream
zest of 1 lemon
fresh sage leaves
chopped italian parsley

Steps:

  • Cook purchased spinach & cheese ravioli. Saute shallots in butter until soft. Reduce heat and add chicken stock, gorgonzola, heavy cream & lemon zest. Stir until combined. Add cooked pasta and remove from heat. Add 6 chopped fresh sage leaves and italian parsley. If too thick, thin with some of the pasta water.
