Steps:
- 1. Cook green beans in boiling water about 3 minutes. Refresh in cold water. 2. Saute shallots and garlic in butter and olive oil about 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook 3 minutes. 3. Add beans and cook about 10 minutes. 4. Stir in wine and basil. Simmer 2 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
