GREEN BEANS WITH FETA image

Green Beans
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Purple Onion, sliced very thin
Feta Cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Boil or steam green beans to desired doneness. I like to stop cooking while they are still very green. Drain thoroughly. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper to taste. Toss and adjust to taste. Add onion and feta and toss gently
