Green Bean Cheesy Quiche image

3 eggs
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
1/4 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Whisk eggs, mayo and cheeses until blended.
  • Unfold pastry onto parchment-covered baking sheet. Fold up edges of pastry to make 1/2-inch-high rim around all sides, pinching corners together to seal.
  • Spread beans onto bottom of crust; cover with egg mixture.
  • Bake 22 to 25 min. or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
