Steps:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into 12-14 balls. Form into patties about 1/2" thick. I make sure the middle is thinner than the edges of the patty so the middle of the burger is evenly cooked.
- Grill 4-5 minutes per side or depending how done you prefer your burgers. Serve on well toasted buns with favorite toppings.
