Steps:
- Trim fat from meat. (YUCK!). Cut into pieces. In cooker, stir together meat, beans, undrained tomatoes, garlic and oregano.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hours or on high heat for 4 - 5 hours.
- Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. To serve, spoon over hot orzo in deep bowls and sprinkle crumbled feta over. the top.
