This came from a clipping, that I finally realized, was from Taste of Home. Very simple recipe. I used a little less cumin in it, as personal preference. This is meant to be a slow cooker recipe, but it could be done on the stove top, as well.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil; drain.
- In a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker, combine all items, except cheese. Cover, and cook, on LOW for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is tender. Test for saltiness; adjust. Serve with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
