GREAT GREAT AUNT SOPHIE'S APPLE CRISP
This recipe has been in our family for over 100 years; I found it in my grandma's recipes years ago. I hope your family can enjoy this recipe as much as mine has through the years.

Steps:
- 1. Slice apples, place in baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon. Cream flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Put over apples.
- 2. Bake at 375 or 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with or without cream topping.
