Steps:
- Put one cup of rice in a pan and cover with water. Cook on low until the rice is cooked, but is not too soft. Add one can of milk and 1/2 can of water, sugar and cook until rice is cooked and softer. Add vanilla and pour into bowls. dust with cinnamon.
