GRANDMA'S PINEAPPLE SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can chunk pineapple
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 C pineapple juice
1 egg (beaten)
2 C mini marshmallows
2 C chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Strain juice from canned pineapple. Mix all pineapple juice, sugar and flour in medium pot. 2. Add egg to juice and heat over Med/Low until thickened, stirring constantly. 3. Allow sauce to cool. 4. Pour sauce over mixture of pineapple chunks, marshmallows and pecans. 5. Chill and serve.
