This is a recipe from my grandmother--not sure where she found it--but it is a winner. My family loves it--it is a hit on the holidays.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x12 cake pan. Bake as directed on box. Let cool.
- 2. Drain pineapple. Cream Pineapple and cream cheese together. Set aside. Prepare vanilla pudding. Set aside.
- 3. Layer pineapple and cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cake. Then layer pudding on top of pineapple mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding for final layer. Serve cold.
