Grandma's Noodle Kugel image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup margarine, softened
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat cottage cheese
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/2 cup dark raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 1/2 teaspoons Equal measure or 18 packets EQUAL sweetener or 3/4 cup EQUAL Spoonful
1 (12-ounce) package cholesterol-free wide noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • 1. Mix margarine and eggs in large bowl until smooth mix in cottage cheese, sour cream, pineapple, raisins, cinnamon, and Equal Measure. Mix in noodles.2. Spoon mixture evenly into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake kugel in preheated 325°F oven, uncovered, until hot through, 45 to 55 minutes.
