This is one of the easiest and best ways to serve pork chops. Tender and juicy pork chops and yummy vegetables.

1-3 lb pork chops, boneless
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) chicken broth, low-fat
2 c baby carrots
2 c potatoes - peeled and quartered

Steps:

  • 1. dredge chops in flour and brown in small amount of olive oil.
  • 2. after browning, place chops in baking dish, add carrots and potatoe's.
  • 3. Mix soup and chicken broth and pour over chops and vegetables. bake at 350 for 1 hr.
