Steps:
- 1. In large sauce pan or Dutch Oven, brown hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper. Drain off fat and return to pan. 2. Add tomato juice, water, and soup. Stir with a wire whisk to blend. 3. Stir in carrots, sugar, garlic salt, pepper and marjoram. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. 4. Place 1 slice of swiss cheese in the bottom of each bowl. Add soup.
