GRANDMA NICHOLSON'S CHILI SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 peck of tomatoes, peeled and chopped
6 large onions, chopped coarsely
6 peppers, chopped coarsely
2 c brown sugar
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
5 c apple cider vinegar
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in large pot. Cook until thick, about 3-4 hours. Bottle in hot sterile canning jars and seal.
