Number Of Ingredients 13

0.5 units tomatoes
4 tablespoons salt
8 units onion
3 units pimento peppers
8 units red mangos
8 units green mangos
1 units celery
1 cups yellow mustard
1 cups horseradish
1 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cups granulated sugar
0.5 cups mixed pickle spice
1 dashes red pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients into large kettle. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to a slow simmer. Cook until well done (several hours).
  • Press through sieve (discarding solids).
  • Simmer remaining mixture over low heat until thickened to desired consistency. Bottle and refrigerate.
