Gram's 5-Cup Salad image

This is a great summer "salad". I make it for dessert when we have the family over for a BBQ. It's a refreshing change from most desserts. Some close friends have added red and green whole grapes to this recipe and it tastes great!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can(s) mandarin orange sections, drained (11 oz)
1 can(s) pineapple chunks, drained (8 1/2 oz)
1 cup(s) coconut, flaked or shredded
1 cup(s) marshmallows, small
1 cup(s) sour cream

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Makes 6-8 servings.
