Steps:
- in double boiler melt peanut butter chips and peanut butter. stir til smooth. then add milk stir til smooth.
- add powdered sugar and rice crispies 1 cup at a time til its thick and rice crispies r covered in mixture
- drop by tabspfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper i place mine in fridge til its set. about 30 mins. take out and plate
